The Red Wagon Ministry provides donations of baby diapers and adult hygiene products to The Congregational Community Action Project of Winchester/Frederick (CCAP) Clothing House! At CCAP you can shop for clothes for the whole family and diapers for the baby, and never spend a dime.

CCAP is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 – 11:30.
